My memory of you is so beautifully clear
Even though your body is no longer here

Your spirit surrounds me each and every day
Helping me through my life in so many ways

Your strength, your humour, the twinkle in your eye
Always wanting to know the how, when and why

You showed me that life is always there to live
And love is something to both receive and give

I feel so blessed that you are still by my side
Sharing my joys and inner feelings I try to hide

To have had you as my nana was so special to me
